Ici,je suis partial!!!Il s'agit d'un de mes 2 ou 3 groupes favoris,dans le folk-rock britannique....Depuis tres longtemps!Groupe à géométrie variable autour d'un génie : le chercheur,auteur,compositeur,chanteur,bassiste,Ashley Hutchings,digne successeur du grand Cecil Sharp!!Il a créé Fairport Convention(avec Simon Nicol et Richard Thompson),Steeleye Span...Il a enregistré de nombreux albums solo.Il a fondé un groupe de folk classique et acoustique,"Rainbow Chasers"...Récemment,son fils,Blair Dunlop et Gavin Davenport ont réssuscité ,avec son aide,un new "The Albion Band"Malheureusement,un CD("The vice of the people") et un EP(Ragged Heroes),..et puis s'en vont!!Ashley,je pourrais en parler pendant des heures...Bon,je vais réécouter "The prospect before us"...A bientôt,Jean-Pierre.
PS: tres peu connu par ici,car pas du tout "à la mode"!!!!
